Add description of involved installation option

Abdulkadir Ahmed (abdulkadir) requested to merge abdulkadir/poseidon:involved-installation into master

This MR will introduce a way to install POSEIDON from Git via a system call to git. This will ensure that the LFS objects will be correctly downloaded.
